Market City is Western Australia’s largest wholesale market, providing a wholesale clearance market open to the public on Saturday, and the Canning Vale Sunday Markets open every Sunday of the year boasting dozens of stalls from local producers.
The Challenge
Market City needed a way to solidify the Canning Vale Markets as a go-to and ingrained choice for all Perthites when making plans to visit a weekend market.

Our approach focussed on the diverse range of international cuisines, family activities, homewares, knick-knacks and locally hand-crafted items the Canning Vale Sunday Markets offer. Leveraging this, we created bespoke and striking photography and video content to showcase both the Saturday Clearance Market and Canning Vale Sunday Markets, amplifying this across Market City’s social channels to drive visitation.
Social advertising via Facebook and Instagram supported all content activity, with campaigns to drive mass reach and awareness, as well as highly targeted campaigns that focus on generating interest from potential vendors and small business owners looking to book a stall at their local markets
