ERGT is Australia’s national safety and emergency training specialists. They offer premium training solutions to large-scale mining and oil and gas companies and individuals who need certifications.

The Challenge

Due to increased market competition, ERGT needed to lift its brand profile and direct its marketing and booking activities towards greater digital activity, they needed strategic advice and the complete re-design of their website, including an overhaul of their course booking software.

The Solution

Our approach for the new website was to position ERGT as a national provider with a local flavour and build greater awareness of the brand in the Northern Territory and Victorian markets. The new site included the integration of iSmart booking software and analytics to track both current and prospective customers.

In conjunction with their marketing campaign, ‘More than a Certificate’, a range of digital activity, including a targeted social media campaign, Google Display advertising and YouTube advertising via the TrueView format was created to launch the site. Bespoke campaign messaging was implemented for each audience segment; comprising of large-scale mining companies, oil and gas industries and individuals looking to widen their skill-set.
