The Brief

Create a new CMS website for The Centre for Cerebral Palsy when it relaunched as Ability Centre

The Response

When the National Disabilities Insurance Scheme was announced, The Centre for Cerebal Palsy (TCCP) decided it was an opportunity to change both the way it was perceived and how it marketed its services to a wider audience. The first step was an extensive process involving the Board, senior management and stakeholders to rename the organisation. We then mapped the key audience segments (children, adults, health professionals) to understand their requirements.
